Great Scott! Mieliepop Festival is again happening from the 13th to the 15th of March 2025! This festival (which happens to be one of my favourite festivals) will be hosted at its usual location: Tolderia Resort (near Lothair in Mpumalanga).
With a vibrant music festival (which seems to be Mieliepop 2025) on the horizon, veteran detectives Marcus Reed and Alex Hayes go undercover to keep the peace. Surrounded by dazzling neon lights and fiery sunset skies, their mission to crack down on crime—and possibly the fun—quickly turns into a delicate balancing act.
As they move through pounding basslines and a whirlwind of eccentric performers, Marcus and Alex find themselves caught up in the festival’s wild energy.
What begins as a routine investigation soon spirals into an adrenaline-fueled adventure, where blending in with the party crowd is just as crucial as uncovering the truth.

There’s a crapload of amazing artists like Kidofdoom, Mouse, The Tazers and others on this list. Festival goers are spoiled for choice (if you ask me).

Tickets for the festival will set you back R900. Hurry though, from the 28th of February 2025, tickets will set you back R950! Various glamping options are available as well. Take note that glamping options exclude festival tickets. Get your tickets on plankton.mobi HERE.
Don’t be a chop! Do not buy tickets from 3rd parties like Viagogo. The organizers can not vouch that third party tickets are legit and it’s a great drive, but a far one just to see the entrance gate of the festival. So, don’t be a chop!
