GRAMMY-winning powerhouse Twenty One Pilots have unveiled their much-anticipated new album, Breach, via Atlantic Records.
Alongside the release, the duo dropped a cinematic, nearly 10-minute video for the opening track, “City Walls.”
Directed by Jensen Noen, the video continues the narrative from “Paladin Strait,” a track from their previous album Clancy, and culminates in an epic battle that brings a decade-long storyline to its dramatic conclusion.
The launch of Breach coincides with THE CLANCY TOUR: BREACH 2025, which kicks off September 18 with a sold-out show at Cincinnati’s TQL Stadium.
The tour will see the band perform in stadiums and amphitheaters across North America, wrapping with two nights at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles. Tickets and full tour dates are available now at twentyonepilots.com/tour.
Inside Breach
The album features the previously released singles “Drum Show” and “The Contract.” The latter became the band’s biggest debut to date, hitting #1 on Alternative Airplay and earning a Best Rock nomination at the 2025 MTV VMAs. “Drum Show” was also hailed as BBC Radio 1’s Hottest Record upon its release.

More info about Twenty One Pilots
Twenty One Pilots formed in 2009 in Columbus, Ohio, originally as a trio with Tyler Joseph, Nick Thomas, and Chris Salih.
After Thomas and Salih departed in 2011, the lineup became the now-iconic duo of Tyler Joseph (lead vocals, multi-instrumentalist) and Josh Dun (drums).
The band’s name was inspired by Arthur Miller’s play All My Sons, reflecting their commitment to making conscious, meaningful decisions in both life and art.
Before signing with Fueled by Ramen, the band independently released two albums. Their breakthrough came with Vessel (2013), followed by the global phenomenon Blurryface (2015), which produced hits like “Stressed Out” and “Ride.”
Known for their genre-blending sound—spanning alternative rock, hip-hop, and pop—paired with deeply personal lyrics, the duo has carved a unique space in modern music.
Over the years, Twenty One Pilots have continued to build on their success with acclaimed albums including Trench (2018), Scaled and Icy (2021), Clancy (2024), and now Breach (2025).
Their creative innovation and emotional honesty have not only earned them critical acclaim but also a Grammy Award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Stressed Out” in 2017. Today, they remain one of the most successful and influential bands of their generation.
