Cape Town’s hardcore punk rock horde Alive At Midnight have shared the video for their new single “Dead End Rollercoaster”.
More info about Alive At Midnight
Born from the gutters of the Mother City, Alive At Midnight are the product of a world gone bad. Friday 11th March saw the release of “Dead End Rollercoaster”, their pummeling new single and video which premiered exclusively on Metal Injection.

Drawing inspiration from dive-bars, crashed cars and back ally conversations. There is no shortage of mind numbing and stomach-churning narrative on this often confusing and complex spinning ball we all call home and sometimes the only thing you can do is turn on the amps and spit in the mic.
Alive At Midnight Guitarist Miggs Auer comments on the new single
“Dead End Rollercoaster is a contrast of many things. It’s about doing the same shit and expecting a different outcome. Insanity personified. It’s about the rat race and what a joke that is. It’s about relationships, losing yourself to constant distraction and the instant gratification of reckless abandon. It’s about all of us.”
