Singer-songwriter Alex Warren has released his highly anticipated new album You’ll Be Alright, Kid via Atlantic Records, accompanied by the music video for the fan-favourite track “Eternity.”
The album features every song from You’ll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1), released last fall, along with 11 brand-new tracks, including his smash hit “Ordinary,” the Jelly Roll collaboration “Bloodline,” and “On My Mind” featuring ROSÉ.
Co-written largely by Warren, Cal Shapiro, and Mags Duval, and produced by Adam Yaron, the album represents a new chapter for Warren. While Chapter 1 explored grief, You’ll Be Alright, Kid focuses on healing, resilience, and optimism.
“Ordinary” Continues Its Global Domination
“Ordinary” has become one of 2025’s biggest songs, topping the Billboard Hot 100 for six consecutive weeks and dominating the Billboard Global 200 and Global 200 Ex US charts for five weeks. It also sits at #1 on Top 40 and Hot AC Radio, holding the largest US radio audience.
Internationally, the single has broken records, spending 12 consecutive weeks at #1 on the UK charts — the longest-running #1 in the UK by a US male solo act in OCC chart history and the longest-running #1 of the 2020s. It has since returned to #1 for its 13th week. In Australia, the track has spent 16 weeks at #1 on the ARIA charts, becoming the third longest-running #1 single of all time and the longest-running by a lead international act.
Alex Warren now boasts over 2.4 billion career streams, with “Ordinary” alone surpassing 1 billion streams to date.
Recently Alex Warren performed Hall and Oates’ “Rich Girl” and “Ordinary” on BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge. He also made his award show debut at the 2025 American Music Awards and appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Earlier this year, he performed “Ordinary” alongside Ed Sheeran at a local Coachella bar, a moment he shared on Instagram.
Following a successful first leg of his Cheaper Than Therapy Tour, which hit major cities across Europe and North America, Warren will extend the tour with 15 additional US dates kicking off in August 2025.
