“This song brings so much joy, nostalgia, and energy,” they say “It’s the kind of track that makes you want to dance, sing, and create lasting memories.”

After a successful year of releases, the SaxbyTwins have poured their passion and energy into every note, aiming to capture the essence of what it means to find ‘home’—both physically and emotionally.

Collaborating with Jacques from High Seas Studio, the SaxbyTwins’ latest single blends their signature pop sound with a refreshing indie/folk twist, quickly becoming a favorite release for the duo this year.

“The Chapter (Home)” goes beyond just love—it’s about the universal feeling of finding your place, whether through people, places, or moments. As the twins explain, “‘Home’ can be anything or anyone that brings love, admiration, or comfort.”

The song captures that pivotal chapter in life when you finally discover where you truly belong.

2024 has been a whirlwind for the SaxbyTwins. From consistently releasing new music to headlining shows across multiple provinces, the duo has been unstoppable.

“We haven’t given up as independent artists, and we’re just grateful to still be making music and sharing it with our fans,” they say.

Selling out their first headlining shows is a milestone they’ll always treasure as they continue to forge their path in the industry.

With the new year around the corner, fans can expect even more from the SaxbyTwins

“We’ve been in the studio nearly every weekend building our catalogue, and there’s an EP in the works.”

It’s clear that the twins are only getting started, and 2025 promises to bring even more exciting developments for their evolving sound.

In addition to their musical journey, the SaxbyTwins are preparing for their first full marathon at the Cape Town Marathon.

“Sport has always been a big part of our lives. We love challenging ourselves, and this is just the beginning—next up is the half Ironman!”

Their dedication to balancing both music and fitness shows their commitment to living life with no limits or regrets.

You can stream “The Chapter (Home)” on Spotify and all other major music streaming platforms.
