The leading South African acoustic dance music (ADM) group, Rubber Duc, has released their eagerly awaited new track, “Summer in the 70’s”.
This song encapsulates the lively atmosphere and laid-back charm of the 1970s, inviting listeners on a sentimental trip to a more uncomplicated era.

“Summer in the 70’s” draws inspiration from a yearning for bygone days and a sense of nostalgia. Rubber Duc aimed to capture the carefree and joyous essence of summer, depicting days filled with fun, lasting memories, and a spirit of freedom and adventure.
The track encourages listeners to reflect on the pleasures and simplicity of past summers, stirring feelings of warmth and contentment.
Its creation was a joint effort with the band’s longtime collaborator, producer Brendan Ross Campbell, who was instrumental in crafting the song’s nostalgic atmosphere.
