South African icon Arno Carstens shares the video for his new single “Reason” ahead of it’s official release. The track is taken from his upcoming 7th solo studio album Out of the Light into the Night which is out on the 3rd of December 2021.

“Reason is a love letter, an invitation towards a calm resolve, a reminder of the value of commitment to the things that are important to us in the face of unimaginable challenges.”
“The album’s lead single, Reason, is the 6th single that we’ve released. This song almost wrote itself. During the height of everything that has happened, we’ve all had to face the frightening onslaught that ravaged many of our livelihood’s head on, and the stresses that this caused.”
“As a result, I think what happened, what’s still happening, has forced people to face unresolved and new problems head on. Shedding the past, looking towards the future, that’s what this is all about. Reason is a love letter, an invitation towards a calm resolve, a reminder of the value of commitment to the things that are important to us in the face of unimaginable challenges.”

Join Arno Carstens and his band for a 1 hour live performance of Out of the Light into the Night on Friday 26th November at 8 PM. The performance will be broadcast live on Arno’s website and will feature the hits “Go Easy Love”, “Empire of the Night”, “Out of the Blue” and “Reason”.
“So, mark the 26th November in your calendar, stock the bar, invite some friends around and get ready for a very special evening with me and my band as we play the album for you, live, from start to finish with lots of behind the scenes stories about the journey it’s been to make this record. This will be a free concert to celebrate all the support I have received from you guys over the last 20 months.” says Arno
