This follows her bold appearance at the 2025 American Music Awards in Las Vegas, where she was praised by WWD for her shimmering, sinuous fashion. She also earned two major nominations at the BET Awards 2025: “Best Female R&B/Pop Artist” and “Video of the Year” for “After Hours.”

Her voice has featured on major soundtracks like Suicide Squad: The Album and The Fate of the Furious: The Album.

Her 2022 album blue water road featured Justin Bieber and Blxst, and by 2024, Kehlani had fully dominated the music conversation. Her fourth full-length project, CRASH, earned a GRAMMY® nomination for “Best Progressive R&B Album.” The standout single “After Hours” also scored a nomination for “Best R&B Performance” and racked up over 170 million streams.

Kehlani sold out her biggest tour to date, captivating more than 150,000 fans across venues such as Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, San Francisco’s Chase Center, and Los Angeles’ Kia Forum. She also featured on Jordan Adetunji’s viral hit “Kehlani,” securing yet another GRAMMY® nomination — her third in the “Best Melodic Rap Performance” category.
Her 2024 mixtape While We Wait 2 only added to the momentum, laying the foundation for more innovative music ahead.
