Future Radio and Pieter Marcato have joined forces for “Punk Rock Saved My Live!” – a fast-paced, modern pop punk anthem that salutes the genre that shaped a generation.
Nostalgic yet sharp around the edges, the single bottles the raw urgency and emotional lifeline of pop punk, making a clear case for why the sound still hits hard today.

A Love Letter to the Warped Tour Era
“Punk Rock Saved My Live!” reflects on how pop punk defined the artists’ teenage years. With playful, metaphorical nods to Green Day, Blink-182, The Offspring, and Paramore, the track fuses driving guitars, punchy rhythms, and arena-ready hooks into a heartfelt tribute.
Anchored by the line “torn jeans, busted vans and loud guitars,” it channels the chaos and camaraderie of the Warped Tour era while injecting a slick, contemporary punch.
“Pop punk gave us a voice when we felt misunderstood,” says Pieter Marcato. “This song is about that sense of belonging and the realisation that we were not alone.”
Johnny Late, frontman and songwriter for Future Radio, adds: “I had so much fun writing this track. It felt completely natural – like tapping into the energy that made us fall in love with music in the first place.”
The single will be backed by a comprehensive rollout, including a music video, live performance version, acoustic rendition, and coordinated social media campaign.
Both artists plan to leverage their established fan bases and industry networks, while actively pursuing playlist placements and radio support to connect with audiences locally and internationally.
