A Year of Record-Breaking Success
“Beautiful Things” dominated the charts as the #1 most-streamed song worldwide last year, earning Boone the IFPI Global Single Award for 2024. Now certified 5x Platinum, the track has amassed nearly 3.5 billion streams since its release.
Featured on his acclaimed, Platinum-certified debut album Fireworks & Rollerblades, the viral smash held the #1 spot on the Billboard Global 200 chart for seven weeks, reached #1 on Top 40 and Hot AC radio, and climbed to #2 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The song also secured Boone two Billboard Music Awards: Top Billboard Global 200 Song and Top Billboard Global (Excl. US) Song.
Fireworks & Rollerblades also features the Platinum-certified hit “Slow It Down”, along with fan-favorites “Cry,” “What Do You Want,” and “Pretty Slowly.”
Global Recognition and Milestone Performances
2024 proved to be a landmark year for Benson Boone. In addition to his Grammy nomination, he performed at the MTV Video Music Awards, where he won Best Alternative and earned nominations for Best New Artist, Song of Summer, and PUSH Performance of the Year.
Boone’s rising impact was felt worldwide, with standout performances at the MTV EMAs, NRJ Awards, and Los40 Awards—where he took home trophies at each event.
In June, Benson Boone joined Taylor Swift’s ERAS Tour at Wembley Stadium in London, following a May performance alongside Lana Del Rey at Hangout Festival. He also embarked on his completely sold-out Fireworks & Rollerblades Tour, performing across the globe.
Looking Ahead to 2025
With the release of “Sorry I’m Here For Someone Else,” upcoming festival appearances at Coachella and Governors Ball, and more new music on the horizon, Benson Boone is poised for another record-breaking year.
