Acclaimed psychedelic blues and rock artist Sannie Fox returns home this summer for two intimate performances on 14 December and 20 December 2025. Renowned for her electrifying guitar work, soulful vocals and evocative songwriting, she brings South African audiences a rare preview of her upcoming 2026 album.
Sannie Fox, a singer, guitarist, songwriter and producer, has carved out a distinctive place in the international music landscape.

Her albums Serpente Masjien and My Soul Got Stranger earned her two South African Music Awards nominations, and her dynamic presence on stage led to a UK AIM Award nomination for Best Live Act. She has become known as one of the most immersive and compelling performers to emerge from South Africa.
Influences That Shape a Unique Sound
Drawing from her British, South African and Portuguese heritage, as well as her background in theatre and her creative work in film and radio, Sannie Fox crafts music that blends gritty electric guitar, expressive melodies and rich lyricism. The result is a sound that feels eclectic yet unmistakably her own.
A Glimpse Into the Next Album
Now based in London, Sannie Fox is deep into the writing and arrangement process for her third studio album scheduled for release in 2026. During her time in Cape Town, she will offer audiences an exclusive first listen to material developed over the past five years.
She describes the new work as a contemporary soundtrack shaped by moments along the Thames and London’s canals, inspired by wandering through pubs, alleys and the rhythmic thrum of the city. These experiences evolved into grooves, riffs and poetry that explore heartbreak, saudade and escapism.
