Mark shares, “This song is deeply personal. It expresses how I felt I should respond to negative criticism and unfair mockery made purely to provoke a reaction. Sometimes those voices come from within our own circles, workplaces, or families, and we all know how easy it is for keyboard warriors to post hurtful commentary on our lives. Walking away is often the best thing to do – no argument, no reasoning, no throwing pearls before swine. Turn the other cheek, sure, but stay and keep taking the abuse? Never!”
