The Fishies are back. South Africa dance act Goldfish have released their long awaited 3rd studio album entitled Get Busy Living. I’m not a huge fan of dancy music, but I do take my hat off for the brilliance of this act. I spent South Africa (in my opinion).
More info about Goldfish
For those of you who did not know Dominic Peters and David Poole are the two members of Goldfish. The act have received 8 SAMA nominations over the years. They were also one of the 2010 MK Award winners earlier in the year (in the Best Neon category).
They have performed at Glastonbury (in the UK), Sensation White, Ultra Festival in Miami, 46664 and Get Loaded in the Park (to name just a few gigs). Goldfish are definately doing South Africa proud. I think we can expect even greater things from them in the future.
A few days ago they released a video for the title track of the 3rd album. The new tune is absolutely awesome and is sure to get you moving on the dancefloor. Get Busy Living features Emily Bruce on vocals and the animation in the music video was done by Mike Scott. The album is available on Itunes at this link.
