In November 2016 I made my way to an edition of Park Acoustics (which was held above the Voortrekker Monument’s amphitheatre) to catch a bunch of cool bands live.
Mango Groove were the headlining act on the day (which was one of the hottest days on record for that year). More than 5000 people made their way to the event (which also featured performances by Majozi, Desmond and the Tutus, Wonderboom and others).
I snapped this photo of the crowd and the stage during Mango Groove‘s set and it has been selected as the Photo Of The Week on SA Music Zone.
