    Renowned British singer-songwriter JP Cooper, famous for global hits such as “September Song” and the South African favorite “The Only Reason,” is making his highly anticipated return to South Africa this November as part of his 2024 World Tour.

    Breakout Events, in partnership with One Fiinix Live, has announced updated dates for his shows in Cape Town and Johannesburg, alongside his performance in Durban. Fans can now save the dates and secure tickets for these much-awaited concerts.

    • Cape Town: Wednesday, 27th November 2024 – The Old Biscuit Mill
    • Durban: Thursday, 28th November 2024 – Playhouse Theatre
    • Johannesburg: Saturday, 30th November 2024 (with Jordan Rakei) – Marks Park, Emmarentia

    JP Cooper shares his excitement

    “I’m thrilled to announce my world tour this year in support of my new album, and I’m especially excited to return to South Africa. The love and support from my fans there has been overwhelming. These shows will be among the biggest headline performances I’ve ever done, and I can’t wait to share new songs as well as old favorites. It’s going to be incredible!”

    Along with his tour, JP Cooper recently released his new single, “Diamonds and Gold,” on 6th September. Produced by Cam Blackwood, this deeply personal track is a tribute to his wife, illustrating how unexpected beauty can emerge in life. It’s the second single from his forthcoming third album, following the earlier release of “Waiting on a Blue Sky.”

    With over 850 million streams of “September Song” alone, JP Cooper has become a global sensation, co-writing Jonas Blue’s smash hit “Perfect Strangers” and earning more than 6 billion streams worldwide. His albums Raised Under Grey Skies and SHE have cemented his place as a soulful, heartfelt artist, captivating audiences around the world.
