On the 16th of March 2024 I made my way to Loftus Park in Pretoria for the 2nd annual St. Parow’s Day to catch Jack Parow and a few other artists live.

The first edition of this one-day festival was first held in 2023 at Parkview Shopping Centre in Pretoria East. The first edition of the festival featured performances by Jack Parow, Van Pletzen, Biggy, Angie Oeh, Deon Bakkes & The Stolen Horses and Sea Of Green.
The second edition of the festival featured performances by Jack Parow, Loufi, Yo Nax, The Black Cat Bones and Die Heuwels Fantasties. I spend the whole day at the event and I have to admit that it was a well-organized affair. The artists performed on time, the beer was cold and the bar ran smoothly. It was also great to enjoy some Guinness.
