Fourth Son South is back with their new single ‘The Moon’, their second with Sarah Jade Gardiner added to the vocals-harmony lineup.
The band is presently preparing a new EP with this new lineup evolution, where the extra vocals and harmonies give a new dimension to the already strong songs.

“Out inspiration for ‘The Moon’ came from the spiritual belief that the moon has got a great influence on our emotions and relationships. From werewolves, to mental health (a lunatic suffers from ‘moon sickness’), or the success of a relationship … the moon has been thought to be a defining influence.”

Fourth Son South is an Alternative Indie Pop Rock Band from South Africa formed by Dutch-born guitar maestro Peter Toussaint. After releasing their debut EP ‘Another Mile’ in April 2020, the band wrote and recorded their first full-length album The Sounds Around Your Head during the Covid-19 lockdown.
The band has since released several singles and an EP called Machine. The lineup of the band has changed over time, with the addition of Bernhard Viljoen on bass and Sarah Jade Gardiner as the current singer. The band has achieved success with their singles, receiving global airplay and performing at notable shows and festivals.
